What Telemedicine Is

Telemedicine means receiving medical consultation, assessment, and, where appropriate, prescription from a licensed physician remotely — by video, voice, or messaging — rather than in person.

Medvyy is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any life-threatening symptom — go to the nearest emergency department or call emergency services immediately. Do not use this Platform to seek emergency care.

Prescriptions

If your physician prescribes medication, you are responsible for confirming its authenticity when filling it and for following the dosing instructions provided. Report any adverse reaction to your physician promptly.
